•200 gm Green Apple
•30 gm Spinach
•30 gm Fresh Berries
•50 gm Ice Cubes
Method:
Prepare the Ingredients:
•Wash the green apple, spinach, and berries thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities.
Juicing:
•Core and roughly chop the green apple.
•Place the chopped green apple, spinach leaves, and fresh berries into a juicer machine.
•Extract the juice from the green apple, spinach, and berries.
Shake with Ice:
•Once the juice is extracted, transfer it to a shaker or a pitcher.
•Add the ice cubes to the pitcher containing the juice.
•Shake the mixture well until the juice is chilled and thoroughly combined with the ice cubes.
Serve:
•Pour the healthy mocktail into serving glasses.

Method:

•Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
